  One of my favirote places to go. I have never had issues with Chilies. I have however seen a few people have issues and the manager is always there to make amends as beat as possible.
  
  Food is always hot and fresh cooked, as well as very delicious.
  
  Wait staff is extremely friendly but not over bearing.
  
  Only issue I have seen is the chips sometimes are a bit stale from the grease settling but it's not a huge issue.
  
  Overall I'd say this Chilies is a 9/10

  The last three times we've tried to eat at the Chili's in Yukon, the service has been horrible! We decided to give them another chance today. At 4:30 we wanted to grab an early meal, walked in and waited, for a long time! No hostess up front, but three unoccupied bartenders looked at us and did nothing. Three different waitstaff walked by and did not even acknowledge our presence. This was the last straw! We left and will not return to the Yukon location.
  We like Chili's food but will have to wait till we are in Norman or north Okla City to visit a better managed restaurant!

  My family moved to Yukon in December. We order take out a lot from Chilis, mostly fajitas. A few weeks ago the green peppers were raw in both of our orders. I didnt call and complain since it was later at night and our food has always been good. Well it happened again last night and this time I called. I told the girl who answered the problem and she put me on hold for the manager. After being on hold for 10 minutes I hung up. I called back and told her that was very poor customer service to have me on hold for 10 minutes and the manager not get on the phone. Told her we will never eat there again, will go to the one on NW Expressway. Also told her to let her manager know that I have a big mouth and will let all my friends know to not to go to the Chilis in Yukon. Bad customer service, do not got there!

  Service is very hit and miss. I will probably only eat here again if invited by family or friends. Food is okay but is over priced for what you get.
